Launch project

What happens to cultural organisations when the estates around them are asset managed.

A London network of cultural organisations working from commercially owned space, building the evidence base that does not yet exist.

The five questions
  1. 01Is the evidence gap real or communicative? Do organisations need help building evidence, or translating what they already have?
  2. 02What language moves asset managers?
  3. 03What engagement models between cultural tenants and institutional landlords have worked, and why?
  4. 04What does peer practice in comparable cities tell us?
  5. 05What would a sector facing toolkit need to contain to be genuinely useful?
